Composition: One point perspective of the building. By taking off to the right, I was able to get more detail in the expressed steel beams on the facade. In addition I took the photo from a lower angle to show the coffers (which are unfortunately covered up by vents) on the underside of the 2nd level.
Process: Cropped the top and left of the image and converted image to greyscale in Photoshop
